Gregg Fell

I have been in the recruiting business since 1986. I am the Owner/President and Senior Recruiter at PharmaJobs, and we recruit within the Pharma, PBM, Biotech and Healthcare industries. I specialize in Government Affairs positions.

As a recruiter and personal consultant to you, I believe it is my role to provide both Client Companies and Candidates with options during the interview process. Therefore, I ask a lot of questions and I listen intently to answers so I can accurately determine the needs of Client Companies as well as the goals of Candidates. This focus, and my ability to match needs and goals often leads to a successful conclusion of the interview process.

Over twenty years of experience has taught me that successful interviews don’t just happen because a great Candidate is introduced to an equally great career opportunity. It takes hard work and preparation by the Candidate. Thus, I take great pride in providing Candidates meaningful company information and successful interviewing techniques with honesty and integrity.

I do not believe that the interview process is only measured successful if it ends in an offer being made and accepted. I do believe the interview process is successful if it concludes with an offer being made and accepted when it is in the best interest of both the Candidate and the Client Company. I have occasionally recommended that Candidates turn down an offer when it appears the opportunity is not a fit, just as I have recommended to a Client Company that it not make an offer if it appears a Candidate is not an obvious match.

If your background, experience and interest is in the Pharmaceutical, PBM, Biotech or Healthcare industries then you may want to talk with me about current or future career opportunities.

  • Government Affairs- State/Federal Lobbyist
  • Government Affairs- State/Federal Policy
  • Government Affairs-Advocacy/Grassroots
  • PAC Manager/Director

Paul Luce - CSAM

I joined in 1976 and affiliated with PharmaJobs (formerly Sales Consultants of Baton Rouge, Inc.) in 1986.  I am recognized as one of the most successful and well-respected staffing consultants on the Gulf Coast, as well as nationally in the Healthcare field.

My previous background and individual success of over 15 years in sales and sales management allowed me the good fortune of developing a wealth of diverse contacts with industry leaders.  Because success breads success, it was easy for me to convert my clients and relationships from my sales experience to my recruiting network. Now, after more than a quarter of a century, I still have strong relationships with my clients in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Devices industries.

All my Client Companies view me as a partner and an extension of their organization in providing the highest level of recruiting skills to benefit their organization’s staffing needs.  For the most part, my Clients are looking for skilled professionals whose successes have been well documented. They are accustomed to receiving first class service and view me as a “Preferred Provider” of valued-added staffing services.

My goal has always been to represent only those Companies that are first in class. This assures me that I will be able to offer those career opportunities and challenges for exceptionally talented professionals. Having the gratification of assisting virtually hundreds of professionals in enhancing their careers over the years has afforded me the luxury of improving my extensive referral network.

I have also established myself with my Candidates as a trusted and confidential advisor in helping them with the challenges of career planning and opportunities for advancement. The positions that I more commonly work on, but not exclusive to, are:

  • Sales
  • Sales Management
  • Marketing
  • Manufacturing
  • Product Development

(All within the Pharmaceutical and other Healthcare industries)

As a multiple award winner, I have achieved the highest levels of distinction amongst my peers such as “The Ring of Honor”, “Hall of Fame”, and “Pacesetter”, “Regional Top 10 Account Manager”, “Regional Manager of the year and “Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM)”

Steve Winkler

“Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” Confucius

This could very well be the philosophy all recruiters live by ... I know this one does. The passion and commitment I put into each consulting assignment and the joy and feeling of success upon completion, paired with the personal relationships developed creates in me the overwhelming feeling that, “this isn't work.”

I began in the executive search consulting field in 1996 after a 10 year career in education. My formal education credentials have me certified in mathematics and physical education, with a Masters in Education administration. I also coached high school baseball and basketball, with teams that competed in baseball all the way up to the state championship level.

My search specialty revolves around all things Pharmaceutical. My national network has me tied to the manufacturers, retail pharmacy, and the PBM (pharmacy benefit management) industries. The functional areas I have extensive involvement and successes in would include:

National/Regional Account Management, Area Directors of NAM/RAM teams, and Sr. Dir/VP Managed Markets.

In the PBM space, my specialty is in Regional/National Sales (Manager, Director, and VP level), as well as Account Management, Network Development/Contracting, and Clinical Operations. I have built strong relationships with Candidates and Client Companies alike by being professional in my conduct, and by recognizing the need for confidentiality, honesty, and commitment. With my clients it is a partnership - our joint mission is to identify and attract exceptional talent that will enhance the future growth of the Client Company. The Candidates I network with are fundamentally vital to my success. Nurturing these relationships and taking a personal interest in them, as well as demonstrating a high degree of integrity are key ingredients to my professional success.

Applying a double meaning to the word “fired”, Vince Lombardi once said:

“If you aren't fired with enthusiasm, then you will be fired with enthusiasm.”

My goal is to assist the Account Executives at PharmaJobs in finding the best Candidates for their open positions.  While I am aggressive in my searches, I am also discrete and extremely confidential. Ten years of prior sales management in the field has taught me how to partner with Candidates while also working in the Client Company’s best interest.  The Pharmaceutical, Biotech and PBM industries may seem large and complex, but our database at PharmaJobs is almost thirty years old - the contacts and relationships we have are priceless and unmatched among recruiters in the Healthcare field.
